People of Purpose

Connecting people to their unique human experience through Purpose.

Nov 11, 2018

I recently attended Sadhguru's Two-day Inner Engineering Course here in San Francisco. The course provides tools and solutions to empower yourself to create your life the way you want it. The course gives you the opportunity to intellectually explore the basics of life using methods that are from the distilled essence of yogic sciences. The course imparts practical wisdom to manage your body, mind, emotions, and the fundamental life energy within.  In preparation for the course a took a 7-part, 10 hour online course. This episode is my reflections two days after the experience. I hope you'll open up to receive this powerful wisdom that has the power to transform your life.

The course was a rare opportunity to be taught by Sadhguru. Sadhguru is often described as a contemporary spiritual leader, since he belongs to no particular tradition and incorporates aspects of yogic sciences that are most relevant for modern-day life into his teachings and practices. His scientific methods for self-transformation have universal appeal. Sadhguru’s insights into the mechanisms of life are an outcome of his profound experience of the Self, and serve as a guide to exploring the deeper dimensions of life. His life and work serve as reminders that the inner science of yoga is not esoteric philosophy from an outdated past, but is absolutely relevant and applicable to our lives today. Sadhguru has dedicated himself to the elevation of the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of all people. He is an author and opinion maker who is regularly invited to speak at leading international forums. He has spoken at many prestigious global conferences such as World Peace Summit at the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.
