On one of her travels after she graduated high school, Carolin Zeitler met a woman who studied dance therapy. When she heard the term, she knew this was what she needed to study.
A couple of years later, she started to study dance therapy. The training did so much for her and her personal development and for that alone it was worth doing. She then became an instructor and a member of the board of examiners at the dance therapy institute, where they developed training for coaches who would use movement and expression as two of their main tools in coaching.
Later in Qatar, she built a communication coaching company, as well as a women’s empowerment initiative from scratch. They built a community, offered year-round events, like workshops, masterminds, and smaller conferences to keep the How Women Work (HWW) community engaged.
She then moved to a little island where she's been living her purpose in smaller ways by giving workshops at festivals, coaching one-to-one clients, ghostwriting books for entrepreneurs.
Recently she's gotten involved in the Gaianet project, which has given her a chance to discover new ways of working together and organizing a company. Her work has always been about flow, connection, culture, inclusion, and growth.
